中文｜如何領藥
- 帶著健保卡與醫院或診所的處方箋，到任一間門市。
- 把健保卡與處方箋交給藥師，並告知領藥人的姓名。
- 離開前跟藥師核對藥品，聽清楚吃法與時間再回家。
慢性病連續處方箋：第二、第三次領藥不必再回醫院，到藥局就能領；每一次最早可以在前一次藥吃完前 10 天開始領。想先備好藥，可以用本站的線上預約領藥；想算領藥日期，看領藥流程與慢箋計算器。
English｜How to pick up your medicine
- Bring your NHI card and the prescription from the hospital or clinic.
- Give both to the pharmacist and tell them the patient's name.
- Before you leave, check the medicine with the pharmacist and make sure you know how and when to take it.
Chronic refill prescriptions: the 2nd and 3rd refills can be collected at the pharmacy — you do not need to go back to the hospital. Each refill can start up to 10 days before your current supply runs out. You can book a pickup on this website, or simply walk in. If you feel unwell after taking the medicine, call the pharmacy or come back and ask the pharmacist.

- Bawa kartu asuransi kesehatan (NHI) dan resep dari rumah sakit atau klinik.
- Serahkan keduanya kepada apoteker dan sebutkan nama pasien.
- Sebelum pulang, periksa obat bersama apoteker dan pastikan Anda tahu cara dan waktu minumnya.
Resep isi ulang penyakit kronis: pengambilan ke-2 dan ke-3 dapat dilakukan langsung di apotek, tanpa kembali ke rumah sakit. Setiap pengambilan dapat dimulai hingga 10 hari sebelum obat Anda habis.
